    "content": "Therefore, I would like to urge the Mover to go beyond the Motion. My experience as a Member of Parliament is that it is so easy for hon. Members to bring many Motions to the House but those Motions are not binding on the Government. The only thing that becomes binding on the Government is when you make amendments to existing laws. So, I would like to urge the Mover not to end it here. Beyond this Motion, he should bring amendments to the Bill, so that they become binding on the Government. If he does not do so, it will be just like any other Motion and rarely does the Government take up Motions, unless they find them extremely interesting for them or if they have a particular interest in them. So, I urge the Members of this House to support this Motion. Anything that will add value to the empowerment of young people, in terms of skills development or establishment of a capital fund for them to start businesses and creating employment for them, should be supported by the Members of this House because we all understand the pressure under which we are back home, from young people who expect jobs, knowing that the level of employment is very high in the country. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
