    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Judgement I am referring to, and the issues I wish to seek the Chair’s direction on, is, first of all, how that Judgement erodes the supremacy of Parliament by negating the principles of Parliamentary privilege, under the National Assembly (Powers and Privileges) Act, Chapter 6, Laws of Kenya, and how it impacts on the provisions of Section 117 of the Constitution. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to quote, for the benefit of Members, Article 117 of the Constitution; Powers, privileges and immunities:-"
