    "content": "This Act was enacted in 1960 and it was amended in 2007 and 2009. This country emphasized practical aspect of life and that is why it came up with the Industrial Training Levy Fund to support the training of the youth. I would like to say that this Fund has not achieved much although we have isolated cases of success. By and large, this Fund has not achieved its intended purpose."
