    "content": "It is a good and timely Motion for people from Lamu, Tana Delta and any other areas that were affected by floods. I wish to support and urge the House to also support it. It is important for them to be compensated. These people want to pay school fees for their children, they want medical care but they cannot afford all that because of the damage that was caused by this water."
