    "content": "Those who know geography, the first dam is Masinga Dam. Once this dam is filled to capacity, it releases the water to other dams. The last dam is Kiambere Dam. Therefore, during the dry spell - I want this to be very clear and I want to go systematically so that we can understand – KenGen releases the water. We have talked about what happens during the rainy season. It is true that there is always excess water that spills over and goes downstream.
