    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, first, allow me to convey my best wishes to all Members of this House following the resumption of our business last Tuesday. After the month-long recess, I believe that Members have come back fresh, re-energized - and shall I say re- wired - and ready to discharge our national duties. Without re-emphasizing the enormity in variety of legislative business before us, I am comforted by the fact that we have managed to cover substantial ground, especially in debate and passage of key Bills, especially the ones expected to anchor our new Constitution."
