    "content": "Members, for the convenience of the business to be transacted in the House, it is important to remind Members that when you have a Motion and the House has risen while your Motion was on, you obviously would naturally be given the first shot at the next sitting of the House. If you also remember, we had to ring the Division Bell for ten minutes at the commencement of the House because Members were still either waking up or on various stages of travelling from their various places. I think we just need to up our game that Wednesday morning, business starts at 9.00 a.m. for avoidance of doubt. We will give hon.
