    "content": "I think we need to be firm on institutions which do not adhere to the Constitution and other legislations that they should adhere to. Those institutions should take individual responsibility. We should strictly urge the Managing Directors of both institutions to take individual responsibility for causing this kind of suffering to Kenyans. Kenyans are already poor, and I know that Tana River communities are among the poorest communities in Kenya."
