    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I stand to support this Motion as amended. We thank hon. Wario for bringing this Motion and hon. Chepkonga for improving it so that we do not talk from the point of view of TARDA and KenGen, but from a compelling position. It is incumbent upon the two companies to put in place measures so that when they release the waters, they do not cause havoc. They need to take responsibility of what they have done and pay the people of Tana Basin."
