    "content": "TARDA should use another way of controlling the water instead of rushing to drain their dams through Tana River whenever there is heavy rainfall. Our schools have been affected. We have unaccountable number of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in both Tana Delta and Bura. The lives of some people have been destroyed completely. Therefore, it is not enough to only have the Kenya Red Cross Society running up and down distributing a few items to the people who have been affected. We want the Government to come to the rescue of the people who have been affected and compensate them adequately. Thank you, hon. Wario for bringing the Motion. With those remarks, I beg to support."
