    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, it is good to listen to hon. Langat. It is good he has mentioned that some attention is being given to this Bill. However, as I pointed out, they had 14 days under the Standing Orders to transact the Bill regardless of the procedure of getting some input from the CIOC and the Leader of Majority Party. That is perfect, but they should have done it within the 14 days. How soon is this soon? I request that, that committee processes this Bill and if we could have it next week for First Reading, I would appreciate."
