    "content": "Hon. Langat, the Standing Order No.114(3)(b) is very clear that you should deal with it and return it to the Speaker within 14 days. Therefore, that is the procedure as rightly pointed out by hon. Mbadi. This is not just to the Finance Committee alone; it is all the committees. The Standing Order No.114 does not exempt. So, it is not open ended. It is time bound. So, perhaps, hon. Langat, since people have been very busy urging the Government to do this or the other, we can urge you to state how soon this soon is going to be, so that hon. Mbadi can prosecute the Bill."
