    "content": "Consolidated Fund Bill, the Appropriations Bill and the Finance Bill, which shall stand committed to the Budget and the Appropriations Committee, who will then look at it and bring a report. So, there is confusion in that the Finance Committee will introduce the Bill. From the Standing Orders, it looks like that is the business of the Finance Committee. Then the Budget and Appropriations Committee must also look at it and bring some report. So, there are two reports which must come to the House regarding the Finance Bill. So, there is a bit of confusion. When you are issuing the guidance as requested by hon. Abdalla, I would wish that you use the Finance Bill as a case in point, so that we are very clear in terms of how to transact the business of the Finance Bill in this House."
