    "content": "Hon. Speaker, this is a very tricky situation. If we consider the number of Bills that will be coming to the House, with financial implications, they are many. If we are going to send all of them to the Budget and Appropriations Committee, there is a problem there. There are also constitutional and other statutory requirements to be complied with. So, there is need for relevant committees to deal with these matters."
