    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, I wish to suggest a way forward. We have the Procedure and House Rules Committee. This matter should be referred to that Committee. The hon. Members who are interested in the issue should hold a sitting and then report back to the House. I believe all of us will be interested. The report needs to be debated by the House and we conclude the matter, instead of leaving the entire burden to the Speaker. That is my suggestion. We refer this matter to the Procedure and Rules Committee and we get a report."
