When I go through the Constitution on the functions of the National Assembly and the Senate I understand, while I respect your ruling, these are policy issues. It is supposed to be with the consultation of the Speaker of the Senate. When you concur that this has got only policy issues, then we can go ahead and debate it. I do not know whether that had been done but, I fear the way we are having it, there is no need to light more fires."
