    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to support the request that the Bill be read the Second Time. It is important to know that the agricultural sector is the mainstay of this country. Therefore, it is important that we give enough time to this sector, so that they can organize themselves. Firstly, I know for sure that there are so many sectors. We have talked about the tea sector. I quite agree with the Member who has just mentioned about tea. We also have pyrethrum. As we talk about food, it is important that we give the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries enough time to organize itself. I request that when they come back after six months, I expect the Ministry to have a food policy for this country. I get amazed that countries like Egypt and Israel have food policies, which are very dry. In recent years, this country imported maize from---"
