    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, wherever there is a dumpsite, it attracts street families who feed on those particular deposits. This means our people are living a very disgraceful life through such dumpsites. Therefore, it is time we came up with ideas on how to deal with such issues. Another issue that I would like us to note is that the Nairobi River passes just across Dandora dumpsite. So, some of the materials are taken downstream. Therefore, the people living on the lower side of Nairobi have also been exposed to these harmful substances."
