"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, if we give these people another one year, we will not be able to measure their performance. Therefore, I support what the Chairman has said. Let us give them six months because when the President assented to the Bill, there was already a co-ordinating team in place in the Ministry. If we give them so much time, we will not be able to measure their performance. I quite agree with the Chairman. If the Committee met with the Cabinet Secretary and he agreed that he would do it within six months, let us give them six months.
