    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I also want to support this amendment. We had a lengthy debate on the Bill yesterday and we thought that it must be amended. As it was alluded to by many hon. Members, especially those from the Tenth Parliament, I feel that we should have given it more time. However, because the Cabinet Secretary had said that he or she will do it in six months, let us wait. We will also look at it since the Tenth Parliament managed to remove livestock from this Bill. I do not see how fisheries can be managed the same way agriculture is managed. That is because every crop or aspect of agriculture has different management problems. So, lumping them together is killing those which are not in---"
