I think the Jubilee Government has a very good manifesto. If he had read it, they would not be growing just a bit of it. I rise on a point of order pursuant to Standing Order No.95. There is consensus in the House and the Leader of Minority Party agrees that he also supports it. Could I be in order to ask the Mover be called upon to reply?"
