    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise under Standing Order No.83, which says that any hon. Member may raise a point of order any time during the speech of another hon. Member, indicating the Standing Order upon which the point of order is based. In this case, I would like to refer the House to Standing Order No.173, which says that, unless otherwise provided by any written law or the Standing Orders, the Committee on Selection shall, in consultation with the parliamentary parties, nominate Members who shall serve on a Select Committee."
