"content": "There are so many other provisions that this Bill seeks to make, but I just want to mention a few of them. I have already mentioned the issue of corporate governance. This Bill also seeks to give express powers to the President to appoint the Chairman of the Board, and the Cabinet Secretary in charge of Treasury to appoint the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is very good in terms of separation of powers."
