    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. First, I want to say that it is very very sad that the House is empty when we are discussing a very important financial related Bill. The Capital Markets Act, Chapter 485A of the Laws of Kenya is what we are amending. We are amending it so that we get a more reformed regulatory body. Why do we want to amend, before I go to the section? A lot of recommendations will always come from the Committee and Members of Parliament."
