    "content": "Finally, one of the reasons why I think we have amendments to the CMA Bill 2013 is to create an environment for the mobilisation of long term resources so as to finance capital projects. We are talking of Vision 2030 and for us to mobilise long term resources then we have no choice. These amendments in my opinion will mobilise resources for major projects."
