    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I regret to inform the House that the Minister for Finance is not available this afternoon to proceed with this important deliberation in the Committee. Also, because of the amendments that are coming, there are still consultations in terms of the position that needs to be taken so that, by the time we come to the Committee of the whole House, it can speed up the work. The Minister is consulting on that and so, in the circumstances, I would like to ask the indulgence of the House that this business be deferred until we meet again on Tuesday, as the House Business Committee, and allocate the time when the Minister will have to indicate as to when the consultation that he requires on the amendments that have been proposed on the Presidential Memorandum could be completed."
