    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I stand to support this Motion. It is important that we manage the waste around Dandora and other parts of this country. We can also be able to convert that problem into an opportunity because we could make fertilizer out of it. We could even recycle polythene papers into useful products. However, in this Motion I would urge the Government to either partner with or encourage the private sector because I am not sure whether the Government will be in the business of establishing factories for recycling waste. But it would encourage and even subsidise the private sector so that, that waste can be utilised. This Motion should also look into the question of e-waste because we realise that there are many individuals or companies coming in with materials from out of this Republic."
