    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Deputy Speaker. Do we have the moral authority as Members of this House to discuss the Motion? That is because I was so disturbed a few days ago when one of the Members of Parliament after taking his lunch, took a piece of banana, peeled it off and instead of eating it in the dining hall, came out and ate it outside. As if that was not criminal enough, he went ahead and threw that banana peel outside. Do we have the moral authority to talk about the cleanliness of Nairobi or any county?"
