Deputy Speaker, I am seeking your indulgence and kindness because on 6th May, 2013, which is ten weeks ago; I sought a statement from the Committee on Education, Science and Technology, and that time it had problems because teachers were on strike. Now that the teachers are back to class, will it not be in order for them to give me the answer to the question, or at least, be invited to the Committee? The question was about the criteria the Government normally used to determine which areas normally gets hardship allowances and which areas deserve and the ones that do not.
