With respect to Order No. 11 (iv), the sponsor of this Bill did prepare amendments and so did the Minister but, unfortunately, they did not forward those amendments timeously to the Office of the Clerk and, so, the requisite approvals to those amendments by the Speaker were not given. That is why those amendments do not appear on the Order Paper. So, really, we are incapacitated to proceed with that business."
