    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Deputy Speaker. I think we are going about this matter in a roundabout manner but we are actually demeaning the dignity of the House. This is because we are talking of the premises of the Constitution and the proposed Bill. If you look at the proposed Bill under Section 3(d), it says in Sub- section 1(k) “by adding the words “on disciplinary matters relating to transfers, promotions and appointments” immediately after the words “of service”."
