"content": "Yes, I think the Leader of Majority Party was also very magnanimous. He has not said that he must be the one to read the Statement. I think the Speaker made a ruling on this specific matter and indicated what is urgent; apart from what you have stated, which is in our Standing Orders, the Leader of Majority party or Leader of Minority Party, will only handle urgent cross-cutting issues but not specific ones. I think if we are to follow our rulings, traditions and customs, as hon. Ababu reminded us; since this matter is very specific to the Chairman of Administration and National Security Committee, hon. A.B. Duale can allow him to read the Statement and then respond to requests for clarifications from hon. Members."
