    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I know that something cannot be out of order if it is directed from the Chair. But I think a simple matter of procedure cannot keep my people waiting. Given that this matter is an issue to do with security, I will not really wait for the security of my people to be compromised just because somebody does not want the Leader of Majority Party to read the Statement. Hon. Deputy Speaker, given the urgency of this matter--- If this reading of a Statement is anything to go by, then all the statements that the Leader of Majority Party has given before this House were actually out of order; on the basis of our Standing Orders I would request that the Leader of Majority Party reads the Statement today, so that I can be in a position to interrogate it; the matter is really urgent."
