    "content": "Number two, the seeking of a Statement originates from the Member to the Speaker’s office; it is for the Speaker to direct that Statement either to the Leader of Majority Party or to a chairperson of a committee. If the Speaker in his opinion feels that, that Statement is urgent, then it must go to the Leader of Majority Party, and the majority coalition in this House is the one that is in Government, and the Leader of Majority Party is the one who represents the Government both in the Chamber and even in the House Business Committee (HBC); he ensures that Government business is fast-tracked. Now, if a Statement was approved by the Speaker and it was directed to the Leader of Majority Party, at what stage does a chairperson again take over that Statement?"
