    "content": "Section 8 of the TSC Act gives the guidelines as to the procedure for nomination and appointment. First of all, the nominees went through an interview process that was conducted by the selection panel, where each of the candidates was examined and their qualifications, knowledge and experience, among other things, were checked. The details of each of the candidates are annexed to this report. This shows how they were interviewed. The Committee was guided by Chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya on integrity, Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act, No.33 of 2011 and the Standing Orders of the National Assembly."
