    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I am also a member of the Committee on Education, Research and Technology. I wish to support this Report by the Committee. The two candidates appeared before us. They are people who are well read. They have served in the Ministry, especially Dr. Gichura, who has risen through the ranks from the position of an education officer to a Director of Education. Ms. Saadia was a P1 school teacher and now she is pursuing her Masters Degree."
