    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I rise to support this Report because it comes from the Committee. The nominees seem qualified. I support this Motion with a rider that all appointments have to show the face of Kenya. If you look at most of the appointments that have been done since Jubilee Coalition came to power, they favour Central, Rift Valley and parts of North Eastern. The rest of the country is not getting a fair share of representation in Government. Sometimes when we ask we are told that this is a presidential system and that the winner takes it all."
