    "content": "from North Eastern or communities from northern Kenya who are fully represented in this country. I think we need to fully understand what it means to deal with marginalisation. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the other thing I want to say is that I think we need to support the Government where it is due and I want to say as a Member of Parliament from Wajir County that although we did not vote for Jubilee, we have secured appointment of Ms. Saadia to the TSC. I think we need to congratulate the Government for that move and also the Leader of Majority Government in fast tracking some of the communication from the Executive. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to end by saying that people of Wajir will appreciate the Government in the appointment of these two great ladies. Personally, I know the two ladies and they are exceptionally qualified and experienced and I support this Motion in their appointment."
