    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill. I am in the Finance Committee that is dealing with this Bill. This Bill provides a good and clear framework for the establishment of futures markets in our country. Standardization in the market will help stabilize prices and work against market fragility. This will, for example, help our farmers have an edge over market risk. It will also help them buy machinery, say in Brazil, before they harvest their crops."
