    "content": "The other thing that we can see from this Bill is that brokers across East Africa are mentioned for the first time. That is important but there are things that must be looked into as far as this Bill is concerned. If there are conflicting roles between the three East African countries, it should be made clear that Kenyan rules take precedence for the stability of our markets here at home."
