    "content": "market from growing. In fact, a good example which has been given is the M-pesa product in the other sector. As we speak right now, there is no law which really says that this is how M-pesa should be done. But it is there and the rules of the game are there and everybody knows. So, I am going to urge the CMA when we meet before the Third Reading to ensure the rules are not less stringent for the market to really comply. In fact, when we call this meeting, we will want the stakeholders to also have a say and make sure that when they say you listen to them, we want to find a law that gives the regulator powers to do the job. We do not want a law which will inhibit the companies from doing business in this country. I think that is the spirit of this House and, in fact, my Committee - and I am very proud to have very good members in my Committee--- I hear hon. Sakaja saying he is one of my members. He is one of my good members. I see hon. Iringo, Bunyasi and many other Members in the House and it is their first year, of course."
