Is the Member in the House? I understand that the Member is not in the House. Therefore, we will not transact business on it. Before I adjourn the House, I would like to advise hon. Mwaura. Hon. Mwaura, please, give me your attention for two minutes. For the sake of decorum in this House, when you change your intention to contribute or to debate after you have already pressed the intervention button, the best term to use, which is parliamentary, is either to withdraw or abstain. I say that because when we use terms that are a bit hard and they are recorded in the HANSARD, they could be used against you. I am just advising, as the Chair, that you could say that you withdraw your intention to debate or you wish to abstain."
