Member asked why Government officials were in a hurry to announce the closure of the oil refinery facility in the Press, even before the matter was discussed in Parliament. The Ministry responds that issues pertaining to closure of KPR have been pushed to the Press by some oil marketing companies, who have ill-intentions of closing down the oil refinery."
