When the Chair was responding he started by saying in his opening remarks that the Government is not aware of any crimes in that particular area, but he went ahead to cite several incidents of crime. So, I am confused. If there were no crimes then why did the Government carry out some arrests and vehicles were posted to some other places? So, in essence if there were no crimes then what was he citing as crimes and who stole cigarettes and biscuits? Were these not crimes?"
