By his Statement, a number of crimes have taken place in Mwala, but that is not what I wanted to say. What I wanted to ask the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security is: Can he table the list of all the vehicles to the various constituencies? What is increasing the rate of crime is lack of prompt response by police officers in most of the constituencies?"
