How can that be executed? We have done it before but it is not a precedent. You did that when you allowed the Cabinet Secretary, National Treasury, to come here and present the Budget. You went into a Committee of the whole House and we were able to allow the Cabinet Secretary to come. I think it is about us really thinking outside the box.
