    "content": "Thank you. When it comes to sanitary towels, taxing them because they are used by ladies, is tantamount to discrimination which is contrary to our Constitution. This Bill needs to be rejected in totality. The amendments that they have said are only basic are not basic. It is almost the entire part of it. We are trying to debate them right now, but they have not yet even provided the documentation, so that Members can debate them from an informed perspective."
