    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, in your earlier ruling you told us that matters of urgency should be addressed to the Leader of Majority Party. This is a cross- cutting issue. We have the Departmental Committee on Health and the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. We also have the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. I think the Leader of Majority Party will be in a better position to lead from the front and give us a comprehensive answer, as he has always been doing."
