"content": "Hon. Speaker, I am a member of the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing and also a member of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. What they have said is what transpired. However, to add onto what hon. Olago Aluoch has said, the Constitution under Article 152(6) states that incase all those things fail, a Member of the National Assembly supported by at least one- quarter of all the Members of the Assembly may propose a Motion requiring the President to dismiss a Cabinet Secretary, that is, if they continue misbehaving."
