(a) Is the Minister aware that the construction of a storey school building in Boror Location, construction of classrooms at Solai Kale Secondary School, construction of Kipsyenan Health Centre and Kasururei Water projects (all funded through Local Authorities Transfer Fund) has stalled due to insufficient funding? (b) Could the Minister state when each project was initiated and provide the progress reports on the status of the projects? (c) What is the Ministry doing to ensure all the projects are completed without any further delay?"
